What We Do
Most property decisions sit at the intersection of real estate and construction. We work at that intersection, combining brokerage, consulting, and general contracting under one roof, led by one person who understands all three.
Whether you need a broker whose construction background changes what gets caught during a showing, a consultant to develop a scope of work before you renovate, or a contractor who builds to the same standard applied during an inspection, Peak Property Services provides informed, quality-driven service at every stage of property ownership.
Where We Work
We primarily serve the western suburbs of Denver including Lakewood, Golden, Littleton, Morrison, Evergreen, Arvada, Edgewater, Wheat Ridge, Westminster, and Broomfield. If you are outside of our service area please contact us to see if we are able to make an exception to provide you with our services.
Our Process
Every engagement starts with a conversation. Whether you are looking to buy, sell, renovate, or simply understand the condition of a property you own, we begin by listening to what you need and advising you on the best path forward. Some clients need a broker. Some need a consultant. Some need a builder. Many need more than one. We will tell you honestly which services fit your situation and which do not.

About Matthew
Construction wasn't something Matt stumbled into. His father was an architect, his great uncle a custom home builder, his uncle a commercial construction manager. He grew up around blueprints and job sites, and the family dinner table had a way of turning into a construction seminar. By the time he entered the industry professionally, he already understood how buildings worked. What came next was learning how they get bought, sold, financed, and mismanaged.
Matt came to the industry sideways. Originally on a path toward law school, he redirected into real estate appraisal, then property management, then brokerage — each step adding a layer of understanding that a single-track career rarely develops. In 2008 he purchased and gutted a home in northwest Denver with his own hands, doing the majority of the work himself before selling it at a significant profit. That project wasn't a pivot. It was a confirmation.
From there Matt built a brokerage, assembled a team of associate brokers, and as a managing broker oversaw more than 170 transactions in three years. In 2016 he added InterNACHI certification and began offering inspection and consulting services, deepening the cross-disciplinary practice he operates today.
That background shapes the way he approaches every engagement. Where most specialists see a transaction, a building, or a problem in isolation, Matt sees the full system. How a property's physical condition affects its value. How a renovation decision ripples into resale considerations. How a defect discovered during an inspection changes the negotiating posture of everyone at the table. The kind of judgment that is difficult to find and hard to replace once you have it.
When he's not working, Matt is outside, hiking with his dog, fishing, woodworking in his shop, or somewhere in the mountains with his family.
